Accreditation

In the spring of 2024, after decades of being an ACSI member school, the KCS board moved to restart the process of attaining full accreditation.  Our first official visit from the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) was in May, 2025!

Update (2025.5.21): we completed our candidacy visit on May 20th and are waiting to receive our report from ACSI.  More updates coming!

Update (2025.6.9): KCS is officially accepted as Candidate for Accreditation with ACSI!  We look forward to putting fully accredited diplomas in our students hands in June, 2027!  

Here is our current timeline:

• September, 2025 - November, 2026: accreditation self-study and preparation for the official accrediation visit

• November/December, 2026: accreditation readiness visit from ACSI

• February, 2027: official accreditation visit from ACSI
